The Corten Christmas trees arrive in the natural grey finish and they will then rust over time. Left out in the elements it takes a few days to see them start to weather then up to 6 months to rust fully and seal. During the weathering period, it is recommended to keep the trees outside as the rust can transfer and may stain garments.
